Laser Seam Steppers are an excellent alternative for resistance spot welding because they provide consistently reliable, low distortion welds of up to 40 mm in length in high grade steel and aluminum and perform the joining of thin light-weight materials typically 50% faster than traditional spot welding technology. 

Laser Seam Stepper Features

• Available in C-Gun and Picker configurations
• C-Gun integrates a programmable clamping unit within the weld head
• Picker is designed for welding large parts when access is only possible from one side
