Multi-Axis Laser Systems
Multi-Axis laser workstations are cost-eﬃcient systems that can be configured for laser welding, cutting, drilling, marking and cleaning of a wide range of metal components, enclosures and fabrications. Equipped with high eﬃciency CW lasers or high peak power QCW lasers, Multi-Axis laser workstations provide fast processing of even highly reﬂective materials. Featuring rugged industrial construction, the systems are designed for both full production and prototype applications. Systems are easily programmed for maximum tool ﬂexibility.
Offering laser power options up to 6 kW with the largest working volume, the Multi-Axis Standard has configuration options for the most demanding laser processing applications.
Featuring a granite base and bridge construction for the thermal and vibrational stability necessary for precise processing, as well as linear motor stage options that eliminate common wear and maintenance issues, the Multi-Axis Standard combines the best in flexibility and precision for general laser processing applications.
This mid-sized workstation provides a highly cost-effective solution for laser processing of smaller-sized parts. Designed to fit through a standard sized door, and having laser sources up to 1500 W integrated within the workstation, this compact, self-contained unit minimizes footprints in production environments.
System options include a coordinated rotary axis, automated machine vision and integrated power meter.
The Scanning Laser Workstation is a Class 1 industrial workstation configurable with X-Y-Z and rotation axes. Designed primarily for use with high frequency pulse lasers that use galvanometer scanner beam delivery, the Scanning Laser Workstation is compatible with IPG nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond lasers, which include Mid-IR, green and UV wavelengths. It’s also compatible with IPG YLPP lasers for permanent PicoBlack marking processes.
System options include barcode or RFID readers for incoming part identification as well as vision based verification/validation units for qualification of marked parts.
