The ILT Glovebox provides the full capabilities of IPG’s industry-leading laser welding systems – in an environmentally controlled workstation. For high-quality hermetic part sealing, welding capabilities matter.
Wobble Welding Heads are the ultimate tool to weld a multitude of different material types and thicknesses. The wobbling technique helps users overcome common welding problems related gaps between workpieces, as well as materials prone to cracking and porosity.
The ILT Glovebox workstation offers many configuration options to provide the part process-flow environment you need while minimizing part-transfer overhead.

Installation of USB compatible power meter and interface to the HMI-2200, providing remote control of the power and/or energy detector. This includes Mode (energy/power), Range, and Wavelength, and provides access to status information including measured Energy or Power, as well as Head information.
The interface includes a graphical user interface (GUI) as well as a command set for automated processing from part programs.
Programmable Light Source allows remote control of 2 independent LED light sources (12V or 24V), allowing for LED "ON/OFF" and intensity commands. The interface includes a graphical user interface (GUI) as well as a command set for automated processing from part programs.
Mounted internally to the enclosure. This includes ILT's interface software, integration, test, and s/w interface for data handling and read indication.
The ILT jog box is used for manual jogging of up to four system motion axes either in continuous or incremental modes. The box also has four user programmable buttons that can be used for up to eight other common functions.
2D Joystick (Qty.2) One inside box, one outside box. The Joystick provides simultaneous control of two axis of motion. There are additionally three buttons which provide the following functionality:
