IPG LaserCube: 3,000 Thin and Flexible Parts Per Day

Manufacturing small and thin parts with a milling machine is challenging because the parts move and vibrate. This machine shop used a thin layer of wax to hold parts in place, but this created additional steps before and after processing. LaserCube is powered by IPG fiber lasers, which cuts small parts with high precision from thin metal sheets, even when the material is reflective.
