IPG Photonics Participates in Two Events Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace
IPG Photonics has sponsored two recent events promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, the Boston College Center for Work & Family (BCCWF) Roundtable Members Fall 2022 Meeting and the Massachusetts Conference for Women.
The BCCWF Roundtable Members Fall Meeting took place November 14-16 and featured the release of the new Executive Briefing on Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees, open forum discussions on mental health, and presentations from Lakshmi Ramarajan, Ph.D., Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Darcy Gruttadaro, J.D., Chief Innovation Officer of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and Cali Williams Yost, M.B.A., Founder and CEO of Flex Strategy Group.
The Massachusetts Conference for Women took place November 30th and December 1st. According to the conference website, the event provides “Dozens of expert speakers lead workshops and seminars on the issues that matter most to women, including personal finance, business and entrepreneurship, health, work/life balance and more. The Conference offers incredible opportunities for business networking, professional development and personal growth.”
